Dugoni School of Dentistry partnered with the OraQ and planned to launch an innovative research project on artificial intelligence to explore the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) in dentistry. Initially, the project will focus on enhancing clinical decision-making among dental faculty by applying AI for precise care through practicing growth. Dugoni School of Dentistry is the Center for Innovation and Translation, and it aims to evaluate the performance efficacy of OraQ’s AI-driven software. OraQ’s AI-driven software helps clinicians assess treatments and potential risks, diagnose them, and plan treatment, and it is specifically designed to increase consistency and accuracy in clinical decisions. AI-driven consistency in clinical decision-making will ensure uniform patient care with improved treatment outcomes that will standardize the teaching and learning process.
